Teresa Santos, PhD., is a Clinical and Health Psychologist and attends a Cognitive-Behavioral Psychotherapy Postgraduation (APTCC).

 

Researcher at "Team Aventura Social" (www.aventurasocial.com) in the areas of health promotion, resilience and promotion of personal and social skills.

 

PhD thesis in Chronic Conditions in Portuguese Adolescents (ISPA-Instituto Universitário and Equipa Aventura Social-FMH/UL).

 

Initiated clinical intervention since 2001 and currently collaborator of Psychologic Counselling Offices at Universidade Lusíada of Lisboa and Universidade of Lisboa (UL).

 

Collaborated in PESO and PESO COMUNITÁRIO Programs, related to promotion of healthy lifestyles, in Faculdade de Motricidade Humana (FMH/UL).

 

Frequency of various National/International Workshops, Seminars and Conferences related to Health Promotion and Health Psychology.
